We do not accept any returns. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we can work with you to correct the issue.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged in shipping and will only exchange them for the same item(s). Should your slime be damaged in shipping, please let us know through email right away and send us pictures of what you received so that way may take care of you and have the evidence that USPS will request for the claim.
